It also teaches you how your mind and body work together during labor. Understanding this mind-body connection can help you prepare not only for what happens during birth, but for how to work with your body throughout the experience.

We focus on:

✔ replacing fear with knowledge and understanding
✔ breaking the fear-tension cycle
✔ understanding labor and birth
✔ coping techniques and comfort measures
✔ birth options and interventions
✔ informed decision-making
✔ advocacy and birth planning
✔ building confidence for whatever path your birth takes
